By accessing or using the 69Rooms website at www.69rooms.com ("Platform"), operated by UNDRMSK ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are 21 years of age or older
• You have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Account Registration

To use our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

4. Applications and Membership

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or event admission. We review all applications at our sole discretion based on event capacity, community fit, and safety considerations. Application decisions are final, and we are not obligated to provide reasons for denial.

5. Premium Membership

Premium membership is available for $69/month with the following terms:

• Recurring monthly billing until canceled
• Benefits include priority booking, matchmaking access, and exclusive perks
• Cancel anytime from account settings; cancellation effective at period end
• No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
• We may modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Payments and Refunds

Application Fees: Paid upon application submission. Fully refunded if application is denied.

Event Tickets: Pricing varies by event. Refund policies vary by event and circumstances.

Payment Processing: All payments processed securely via Stripe.

7. User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise Platform security
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools without permission
• Share or distribute others' private information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by UNDRMSK or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. Use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDRMSK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNDRMSK from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, contact us at legal@undrmsk.com to attempt resolution.

Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida (Hollywood, Florida jurisdiction).

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violations of these Terms or any reason at our discretion.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UNDRMSK regarding use of the Platform.
